In addition, if you choose to make a donation, a Donation History file is established to enable CCP to better serve charity donors. The Donation History includes dates of past donations but does not reflect any information about particular items donated. Donors may request a copy of their Donation History by contacting us.

The information you provide is used only for the purposes for which it is given. It enables us to provide the services you have requested. This information will be used to contact you about your donations and any changes which may affect the services you have requested.

3. Contact Us

We use the Contact Us forms to allow you to contact us directly with any questions, comments, or requests that you may have. This information is used to respond to your request. We may also file your comments to improve the site and our programs. Or we may review and discard this information. We do not provide any information to third parties.

This site contains links to other Web sites, including those of the charities who benefit from your donations. We encourage you to visit these Web sites and to read the policy statement of any Web site you may visit.
